Payment terms are as follows:

  • Application support: Payment due before work commences
  • Appeals: Payment due before tribunal preparation begins

We accept payment by bank transfer and major debit/credit cards. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation and Refunds

You have the right to cancel services within 14 days of booking under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, please contact us in writing.

If you cancel before we have started work, you will receive a full refund. If work has already commenced, you will be charged for the work completed at our standard hourly rate, with any balance refunded.

Once an application has been submitted to a government body, no refund is available as the service has been fully delivered.
