If you prefer to visit in person, our Bristol office welcomes walk-in enquiries during office hours. However, for consultations lasting more than a few minutes, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure a caseworker is available to give you their full attention.

Finding Us

By Train

We're a 10-minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station. Exit onto Temple Gate, walk towards the city centre along Victoria Street, then turn left onto Whitmore Street. Our office is on the right-hand side.

By Bus

Multiple bus routes stop on Baldwin Street, a 3-minute walk from our office. Services 1, 2, 3, and 4 from various parts of Bristol all stop nearby. Check First Bus for current timetables.

By Car

The nearest car park is the Galleries Car Park on Bond Street, approximately 5 minutes walk away. There's limited on-street parking on surrounding streets, but we recommend public transport where possible.

Accessibility

Our office is on the ground floor with step-free access from the street. The door is wide enough for wheelchairs, and we have accessible facilities. Please let us know if you have specific requirements.
